Model 2 has Circle power and reset buttons and Model 1 has Oval buttons is an easy way to tell.
You can buy one and have it shipped to you from www.segastyle.com/store (http://www.segastyle.com/store/) a little pricey but conviently shipped to your door with a chip already installed. You can send the owner an e-mail and he can respond to you when they get more in stock.

Guess I have a model 2 then. What's the difference between the 2 versions? I thought Model 2 was easier to mod than Model 1. But if the buyer is looking for a pre-moded system, what difference does it make?
