I remember playing this game as a kid where you drive a tank I think, and the graphics look like Starfox for the SNES. It might have been for the Saturn...

A tank game on the Saturn that looks like Starfox. You sure it was Saturn? I know of Black Fire which is a helicopter game and Gun Griffon which was a mech game but neither look like Starfox. Also a 3D tank game was Shellshock but I can't remember if it was released in the US or just the UK.
Some other systems had tank games with Starfox-like graphics. Stellar 7 for Sega CD, some Super Battletank game for SNES I think and there was one for Genesis called Abrams or something like that.

Well, I just remembered for sure it was a CD system, and I am fairly sure it was a Saturn.

I'm going to guess Assault Rigs...it was a tank driving game, had pretty blocky graphics...I think it was for Saturn as well as PSX...
either that, or Cyber Sled (was that even released for home systems??)
