After months of being rumored but officially stealthy, Nintendo confirmed Ubisoft's Splinter Cell: Blacklist (http://www.joystiq.com/game/splinter-cell-blacklist) for the Wii U. It will be released alongside other versions on August 20 in North America, August 22 in EMEA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europe,_the_Middle_East_and_Africa) regions, and August 23 in the UK.
