hi, i recently got this unique shape wireless ps2 wireless controller, more square , sticker in back is marked ,

this device has not been authoriezed as required by the rules of the federal communications commission. may not be offered, leased until authorization, this device is being imported for testing(evaluetion0 or suitability for marketing only and not for sale, any info on the rarity an value would be great, thanks !!!!

That looks virtually identical to a certain prototype PS3 controller I have. Does it have a mini-USB port on the top of the controller (between the L1/L2 and R1/R2 buttons)? Also, do you have pics of the underside of the controller?
