For those few of you curious why it was impossible to find...
NTSC U/C region code is real, yet apparently never released in the US or Canada.
Product code SLUS-21954. ISO has been dumped as well.
I found pictures of the Mexican version online.

Well, considering PS2 Greatest Hits games sell for $50 USD brand new, it might not be very affordable. ^^;

Yep, everyone's selling the game for fifty bucks there. Used. Then again, Mexican sellers are fucking jackasses who rack up the price on everything so it's to be expected.
I'll ask around. I might be able to get one for you at a not-stupid price.

... for 900 pesos ($75 USD) yaaaaaaaaaaaay they can go screw themselves. But I can confirm that it EXISTS.
