Does anyone know what N64 games had operations cards? Here's the one I know of so far. Am I missing any?
F-Zero X
Mario Kart 64
Diddy Kong Racing
Waverace 64
Star Wars: Episode 1 Racer
Yoshi's Story
Killer Instinct Gold
1080 Snowboarding
ADDED:
Glover
Snowboard Kids 2

Offhand that looks close but you need to add
Glover
Snowboard Kids 2
Just going from memory here, maybe I forgot another.

Although it says that the list started on Nintendo Age, so maybe you can find a more updated list over there.

Add Excitebike 64 to the list.
It's one of the most overlooked games, I swear. It feels like a successor to WaveRace 64 in many ways.
Did Ocarina have one?
Yes.

Yes.
No, Excitebike and OOT do not have Operation cards. I finished my N64 CIB set about two years ago and those do not exist.

OK.
I own Excitebike 64 CIB. It comes with one.

I don't own Ocarina yet but I know it has the card.

Not the best photo but you can see clearly it has such a card.

Thanks, that does help. But it does need to be updated as Killer Instinct Gold has one and according to the list it doesn't. Then again, I guess it wasn't technically an operation card.

Perhaps the US releases just didn't have one. I haven't been able to find one for either of those for the US release.

You'd think they'd be over at the Cover Project. I'd be happy to do some high quality scans of the ones I have and host any other anyone else want to scan.

Never would have guessed the overseas version wouldn't come with that card. It's part of the documentation. It's not physically attached to the manual/booklet itself but it's still a part of the instructions that come with the game. Why the hell they wouldn't include it is beyond me. Ocarina also has some kind of sticker sheet which is probably for using and sticking in the order to neatly "record" whatever your Scarecrow Song is.
I actually would not have known about Excitebike 64's card had I not bought the game myself. It's organized just like WaveRace 64's card. You got your controls, your trick list...

Snowboard Kids 2 is another US release which has an additional instruction card
I think most of the first party Nintendo releases in Japan had an instruction card along with a manual.

Sure! :)
Once I get my scanner set back up I'll scan the ones I have and post up a link to them.

Yeah, I don't know why they wouldn't either. Stranger things have happened in the gaming industry though. I'm going to keep my eye out for those two for the US release.

I've never even heard of these before. Though I don't have any of the games mentioned here other than OOT. I can dig out my box and double check, but pretty sure the American version has no such card. Bought it sealed, day it came out, gold cart limited version.

Also, I believe that I'm incorrect about Episode 1 Racer having one.
