Is there an emuilator out ther that would let me play GBC games on a GBA flash cartidge?

Not that I am aware of. The only way for now that you can do this is with the GB Bridge available at http://www.success-hk.com/

Or is that only for B&W games? I can't tell from the site, but he says the entire point is a port of "Virtual Gameboy Emulator" which, as far as I can tell, does indeed play GBC games. Might be something to check out.
