Need someone to print me an NES label

Can anyone here print and ship high quality glossy stickable cartridge labels? I have one NES label in particular that I need printed. I have the design already, just need it actually made.

I did one last week with the Likon glossy photo paper they sell at dollarama. Just glued it with regular white glue and it looks pretty authentic if you cut your label straight. Just make sure you put very little glue across the photo paper and keep pressure for a minute on the top label and keep it folded. Try it a couple of times and you will make them perfect.

I can do it, although shipping a single label to Canada wouldn't be very cost effective. I use premium adhesive backed vinyl with a clear laminate, computer cut.
