Ultima III exodus Atari 8 bit disk

It's with the box 48k diskette I saw people on other sites hyping it up but since I got a chance now on another site but need to know what a fair price would be for it.

The Atari version probably isn't the most desirable version for some reason but it can still be worth I would guess $50-$60ish if complete.

Does it have three books and a cloth map? If not you're probably looking more likely around $25
