What do you look for? I'm working on a dedicated /museum type site for the Atari 8bit and thinking of some things that gamers would like to see and would enjoy.

Cart pages and pictures with screen shots would be a must I feel with a little write up about each game.
Pictures and info about each system along the 8 bit line.
Maybe a high score page where people can submit screenshots

I don't know feel free to drop a line and tell me what you would like to see or what would make a site like that good in your view. Open to ideas.

I'd say fun facts or trivia about a game helps to add to the flavour of such a website.

Game reviews. Videos aren't necessary. Just pictures, text and rating.

I agree with the above. There is nothing better than a bit of trivia, or highlighting an easter egg.

I always liked Games Tm's "Better than.. Worse than.." bit for reviews. So you have a little box with three games better, the game you are reviewing, and three games worse. Of course, it is entirely subjective. A "you may also be interested in" or "similar games" would work just as well.

Learning about games you never heard of before that are cool and weird and should be remembered. Found out about a lot of these at hardcore gaming 101

Whatever isn't already covered by every other website on the internet.
