The above commercials is for the Acclaim Wireless Controller for the NES. There was also a version of this narrated by Lord Alfred Hayes of WWF fame that aired during WWF programming when this was a popular item, but this version is the standard classic commercial.

I loved this Alien vs Predator commercial for the Atari Jaguar, it was creepy and had a great voice over and really showcased the game. Funny ending!

This Atari Jaguar commercial had a teacher asking students which system was the most advanced on the market at the time, I remember this one well and it really made me want a Jaguar.

This is a classic Christmas commercial I remember from my childhood of E.T opening up his game for the 2600 back in the very early 80's. This one I watch around Christmas every year.

This is a PS1 commercial that aired prior to it's launch in 1995. I remember seeing it and the whole "UR Not Red E" and "Enos Lives" slogans, it was an interesting time to be a gamer.

On top of my display case I have an old 80's TV that I play vintage game commercials on from a DVD player. This comes in handy when people ask About things such as the Sega Master System and I can turn on the TV and, suprise, there is a Sega Master System commercial. Literally When I am showing off my collection people will sit down and watch the entire 20 minutes of game commercials.

if anyone knows a good place that they can be downloaded from let me know, I probably need to update my lineup. I tried to do the thing where you download them from YouTube but I could never get it to work.

Crystal Dynamics commercial that I actually never saw on TV but it did appear as a bonus on some of the Crystal Dynamics games. It ends with a funny squirrel.

This classic NES Powerglove commercial was well known when it aired back in the early 90's, it made me want one back then but I'm glad my parents didn't bother....

This Sega Saturn commercial told the Playstation to "Fly Plaything, fly".

Based on the release dates I found, that Sega Nights ad was incorrect. Descent had been released on the PlayStation 3-4 months prior. Descent has fluid, real time, full 3D flight.

nintendo advert played before the wizard on the uk rental VHS release.. not many people saw this advert due to the wizard not being too popular over here, captured this ad since nobody had it, and most never knew of it's existence

a 2nd nintendo advert, this time the ad was played literally once on tv, if memory serves it was late at night during a lethal weapon movie, i found this while watching the tape back in early 1991, and kept the recorded vhs in my collection all this time

also these adverts show the nes with a nintendo logo, same with the carts. anybody ever seen these anywhere else, i know there was a black buttoned nes in the zelda commercial, but this was a 1990 commercial so it should have been regular nes model

I still love the video game ads from 80's comics. The artwork was fantastic and the ad copy was usually quite clever.

Anyone know where I might be able to track down good quality Atari commercials? Specifically, I'm looking for the Yar's Revenge "Jeanie's Revenge" and the E.T. "Shed" commercials. They're for the Xbox/Microsoft produced "Atari: Game Over" documentary project. Willing to pay for transfer costs, stipend for time and special thanks credit in the finished film.
