I recently found an ac adapter that fits my model 2 Genesis. Its input is 120V 60Hz 20W and its output is 12VAC 1300mA. Will this fry my untested Genesis 2 or should it be okay?

AC will fry pretty much anything other than an NES. The output specs for a model 2 power supply are 10VDC 0.85 amps, center positive. Voltage should be no less than 7.5V and going over 10V will increase heat. Rated amps should not be less than 0.85, but you can safely go over that amount by however much you want.

12VAC is what the Miracle Piano uses.
