Hydro Thunder (or all) cheats

I didn't see a forum about the forum, so I'm posting this here. I seem to recall cheats for certain games being in the rarity guide, for example, a cheat for getting all the courses unlocked in Hydro Thunder for the N64, but when I looked now, there aren't any. Am I losing my mind or did someone erase all the cheats from the rarity guide? Anyway, if you know the cheat, please tell me it, because I can't find it anywhere else.

Entering ?PB as your initials after a race.. does this work on the N64 version? It unlocks everything on the DC one.

edit: actually, looks like it doesn't. N64 got screwed for codes.
