FF Tactics PS1 Strat Guide TRS Exclusive Reference Card Edition - Help!?

I've had this for a while now and I've searched on Ebay, went through completed & sold listings and even searched Google for a while and came up with one result from a forum years ago and the guy was selling it for $20.
Now I come to you, gamers of Digitpress to help me with this conundrum of sorts.

The reference card is in Mint Condition if that's the diamond of it all. The guide itself is very good on a book scale.
What are we looking at? If anyone's interested willing to sell.

There seems to be 4 editions of the FFT Strategy Guide, I'd say $30-50 at the most. There aren't too many strategy guide collectors out there so even many of the rarest ones aren't expensive unless there are desirable extras like in the case of the Lunar series. Haha, I find it funny you linked to the OPs sale thread where they seem to think it's worth $15. That's about what I would probably pay for it as well.
