Hello, i am new to the forums and am sorry if this has already been posted. Well as the title says i have an snes with the issue that when a controller is plugged in it will not play games, just gives a rolling black screen. But, when a controller is not in it works fine. I have tried to change out controller ports with a different parts system and still get the same issue. Also of note when the controller is plugged in the red power light does not come all the way on and it does with it out. If anyone could shed some light on this issue it would be much appreciated.
