Ever find yourself yelling that when re-playing a loved rpg for the 2nd time or months later? You're doing good then remember what a pain in the ass this one dungeon or tower or boss is and start cursing and try to remember how you got through it the last time.
Examples:
The Marsh Cave where you gotta fight Athos in Final Fantasy.
The pirate fight in Lufia 1.

Sewers in Kislev in Xenogears with Redrum.
Song of Nephilim in Xenosaga (I'm STILL in it... like 6 hours played in this bitch)
Pretty much any dungeon in Wild Arms... damn.
End of Earthbound

I don't usually have problems like that because I only play PC RPGs which do not make me jump through a bunch of linear hoops. If I'm having trouble with a certain part I can usually leave it and come back later.

Try and get through the boss fights in Albert Odyssey (US version) sometime. I love RPGs as much as the next guy, but 2.5 hr boss fights??!?!?!

All of 7th Saga.
With Xenogears I had myself built up enough that Redrum wasn't too much of an issue. With FF7 the game is kinda lame till you escape Midgar...

7th Saga is PURE torture, which is sad cause it could be so good! Stupid nearly IMPOSSIBLE enemies!

Secret of Mana (if you consider it an RPG) - the haunted forest area where you fight the witch and her pet. That boss, and the mini-boss battle consisting of the two werewolves pisses me off everytime.
Xenogears - anytime when I'm in a town and have to track down a specific person to talk to.
Final Fantasy 6 - Fanatic's Tower.
Final Fantasy 7 - The desert prison part of the Golden Saucer annoys the living hell out of me, and I can never remember what I'm supposed to do to get past it.

That part in SoM would be Spikey Tiger.
3 words for Xenogears:

I've actually come across this place right now.
Greenmaze - Landstalker.
I've never gotten past this before, I'm hoping to make it this time.

Ouch.. I remember Greenmaze well. Good luck. ;)
In FF7, the part where Cloud goes a bit loopy and has that long dream sequence section which is mainly talking and more talking.
Oh, and in Shining Force 2, I always hated the battle involved the Prism Flowers (I think that's what they were called - the flowers that shot the Nazca ship down). The battle always took me a long time and I didn't always win. :(

i dont think i will EVER restart xenosaga, i dont see how its possible to play that game a 2nd time through with all the cut scenes, but even though you can skip through them some of them are still important if u need2 know what2 do.
that fishmen cave in alundra
i hate fishmen/reptiloids in other games as well
they are always hard to beat...

I thought the hardest part of Landstalker was the part in the crypt with the REALLY vague riddles. I beat that game pre-internet and had to figure it all out on my own. Only spot I got stuck in the whole game.

Final Fantasy 6 - Fanatic's Tower.
:D I have used most the Moggle Belt with Mog. So no Enemie accept the Boss attacks you.
But the Boss was stupid too, because he use the Ultima spell, before he die. So you die too, when you have not used Life4 before. :/
Landstalker was easy for me. I have played the japanese version. But there was one place, where it takes days, till I have the right idea. Where the enemies must jump on the switch to open the door. First I have always defeat them all, and search for an item, which I can drop there. :o

I'd have to say Vay for the Sega CD (the whole Game)
The random encounter rate was so high that you could not take 3 steps on the world map without having to fight something. It would take you forever to go from one town to the next.
