Call of Duty: Black Ops II(360) $20
Super Mario Sunshine(GC) $4
Two Sailor Moon dvds $4 each
Pokemon White(DS) received in trade
Y's I & II Chronicles cd sealed $2
Green Lantern dvd sealed $2
The dvds, cd and Super Mario Sunshine all came from Goodwill and thrift shops. I traded a copy of Super Mario 64 and Yoshi's Story for Pokemon White and $5 cash. Thats the first time I've traded for any games in a long time but I saw it as a quick way to move some stuff that wasn't selling. Black Ops II is the only thing in here that was for me. It was at a yard sale and the guy had it marked at $25 but I offered him $20 and he accepted. I can't believe this game has been out for half a year and I'm only now getting around to picking it up. And this is all the more reason why I don't want the console makers messing with used games next gen.

Halo Wars(360) $1
Grid(360) $1
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron III preview disc $4
4 DS Game cases $1
3DS Charger and cradle $5
Macross VF-X 2(PS1) $4
I just picked up Halo Wars and Grid at a yard sale this morning. This is the second time I've picked up a copy of Halo Wars that had an unused DLC card in the case. Either people who got this only played it offline or they decided it wasn't their kind of game before getting around to downloading the extra content. Grid was a nice pick up because I missed out on it a few years ago as a Target clearance when I had some financial issues at the time. The DS cases were from the same yard sale because she was still setting up when I initially got there so when I went back she had more stuff out. The GC game, 3DS charger and Macross were all from goodwill. Macross VF-X 2 was mixed in with the music cds and thats probably why it was in such good condition. It even included it's spine card. Weird that it would end up at Goodwill with no other sign of any imports.

I nor any of my friends went to the big flea markets on Saturday...
In a discussion I had with them, though the places are big the pickings are to slim and the prices to high..
My friends are getting Ebay priced to much when they go to the big fleas with the same vendors...
vendors are scanning things with their phones for ebay high price or looking it up/no haggling allowed..
My friends have been hitting Garage Sales where as they say they have been less to get hit with ebay prices..
With that I met up with another friend quickly whom had a huge game pick up Saturday at a garage sale,SNES System In box and crates of games..He was on the go so Next weekend I’m going to his house to look through stuff

Finally picked up something good from my local Goodwill. Not good enough for pictures, though. :(
I got all the following games for $3 each. They are all complete except for one, see if you can figure which one:
Hard Drivin'
World Championship Soccer II
Castlevania Bloodlines
Toy Story
Spider-Man X-Men Arcade's Revenge
Taz in Escape from Mars
Yep, you guessed it. Castlevania came pretty much as a loose cart. Well, it did come in a case, but it only had the paper insert taped to the outside of the case. I left about 7 or 8 more there since I didn't need them.

Free VHS headed for the Trash.
You're throwing them out or did you save them from the trash? That copy of Betrayal isn't on DVD, it's actually worth a decent amount for a VHS tape. It's worth around $10-$30. I think I might have a copy of it too.

I hit the flea market late so I often catch the stuff headed for the trash before t hits the trash or just left on the ground.=free then : )..
Yup I checked the copy of Betrayal...it's heavy...Surprised it's worth some bucks..I need to list and sell it,first test it ..I just haven't had a VCR hooked up in awhile and I hope it doesn't Eat the Tape..

Stuff from FanimeCon that I'm just now having a chance to go through and catalog. No $5 PCEngine consoles this year but then again I completely missed Thursday swap meet and from what I hear that's where the variety of stuff up my alley truly was. Oh well, next year.
http://www.classicplastic.net/digitalpress/finds/DP-Finds-2013-06-04%2801%29.jpg
This is from a guy in the artist's alley that went in a completely different direction with fuse beads. We talked for awhile and he said that he and his friend would end up spending more money on framing than they would on the actual art piece so they wanted to offer everything already set to hang on the wall. From that they came up with the idea of building 2.5D environments within the framed space. He had a bunch of different setups: Ken and Ryu throwing fireballs at one another but split into different frames, a few different Legend of Zelda and A Link to the Past scenes, a huge piece with all the player sprites from Chrono Trigger in attack stances, Sonic, Mario - just incredible artwork. My girlfriend and I were really on the fence about the Chrono Trigger piece but decided to go for something smaller and less expensive, in this case Mario from Super Mario World. It may be hard to see in the picture but the frame is about an inch thick and if you think of a View Master slide, that's how the artwork is presented. Mario is in the foreground, then the clouds are behind him in two different layers, the Yoshi coin behind them, and then the background behind everything. These went over huge and he was completely sold out by Sunday afternoon. I really hope he comes back next year as I'll be saving up to buy more. It looks awesome hanging up, best $60 I've ever spent at a con.

Friday swap meet. Starflight is complete with the big manual and navigation chart, it and Bomberman were $20. Unfortunately I forgot I already have a copy of Bomberman so if anyone wants it, how about $12 shipped in a padded envelope? The Adventures of Tom Sawyer was $5. I figured I could punish myself with it after seeing the game on GameCenter CX, although the level order is completely different between the USA and JPN versions.
http://www.classicplastic.net/digitalpress/finds/DP-Finds-2013-06-04%2803%29.jpg
Moving into non-gaming territory briefly, Friday swap meet again. Sailormoon SuperS movie art book for $20, one I was missing. I didn't even realize there were a couple pencil boards tucked behind the poster in the inside cover. Made me feel a little bad for haggling down from $25 as if I knew they were in there I would have just paid $25 or given them back at $20.
http://www.classicplastic.net/digitalpress/finds/DP-Finds-2013-06-04%2804%29.jpg
Friday swap meet for the Roujin Z DVD, $1 sealed. I paid $20 for this last year from a dealer as it's one of my all time favorite movies, animated or not. I don't really need a second copy but I couldn't pass it up for a buck and I'll probably give it to a friend if they really like the film after watching it.
Armored Trooper VOTOMs Kubricks were $35 from a local dealer. This is pretty much fair value and I tried to get them to come down a little more but she wouldn't have any of it. Oh well, there was no way I wasn't taking them home. I mean it's a tiny Chirico Cuvie and a tiny Proto One! With their matching ATs! And Chirico's even has a tiny little red shoulder!! Ah hell, no one likes VOTOMs but me. In fact in the nostalgia room when episodes 6-10 of VOTOMs was being screened, the only people in attendance were myself, my girlfriend, one other person, and the volunteer running the equipment (who was freaking awesome by the way). I guess it's just too old school and too much hard science fiction for modern tastes. Then again, we didn't gain very many people when PATLABOR started after it, so maybe it was just too early in the morning.

Beavis and Butthead (Genesis) CIB - $3
FX Fighter (PC, sealed, super budget version) - $1.50
Twisted Mini Golf (PC, sealed, super budget version) - $1.50
The two super budget versions are from a company called "CompuPrizes", which sold these games over the internet like ten years back. They sold a combination of shareware and full versions, and I'm pretty sure these are full versions, but I have to play them to be sure.

Spec Ops Stealth Patrol (PS1, sealed) - $1
Running Wild (PS1) - $1
Pro Pinball Fantastic Journey - $1
GameShark 2 v1.1 (disc scratched, hope it works) - $2
The GameShark's going to be sold on eBay. I thought Napalm was a sequel to NAM, but it's the same game! NAM was just the title the game had for fuddy-duddy stores like WalMart. Ugh. Ah well!

Got another Genesis yesterday. This one is a VA7, so I'm not planning on keeping it. It's one of the last things I need to make my Genesis YouTube video series. It looked like crap when it showed up. It didn't clean up too bad.

Ended up going on a cross-country drive to a flea market and some thrift stores, after six hours the only thing I have to show for it is a factory sealed copy of The Simpsons-Bart vs. The Space Mutants for the NES for $5. I don't really collect Nintendo stuff, but it's so difficult to find shrinkwrapped games from that era I had to give it a good home.

So today one of my usual DVD sources brought a ton of horror DVDs. And I do mean -a ton-. Much of it was public domain fodder, stuff I already owned in multiple movie sets... and there were lots of vampire movies in there for some reason! Sadly, the seller wanted $3 per case / set, or 2 for $5. That's a lot more than I had hoped he'd say, so I was only going to grab this one at first:
http://c3.cduniverse.ws/resized/250x500/movie/187/6768187.jpg
Then I was looking at a New Concorde Double Feature set. One of the movies was a Don "The Dragon" Wilson schlockfest so I almost passed on it... until I read the back. Something something Vampirella something wait BACK THE HELL UP
http://c3.cduniverse.ws/resized/250x500/movie/864/5808864.jpg
THERE'S A VAMPIRELLA MOVIE?! I didn't really look at the movie's title, I only saw that woman from the Mortal Kombat movies and went "eh"... but yeah, I grabbed it, paid, and ran. Damn!

My gamer girl finally came back to the flea market and opened her booth up again. She had this 7800 in te back saying it won't work and she wasn't sure if it was the unit or power adapter. I've had a few the power adapter failed so for 5.00 I picked it up. It needed a good home. Now once I get the power pack and hook it up ill be back in business and tackling my princess rescue game.

We went to a flea market we hadn't been to in a while on Sunday and I found a CIB Mick & Mack Global Gladiators for Genesis for $2. A vendor literally next door to that one had some cart only GBA I picked up including Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue, and Sonic Battle. I've been sitting on the boxes/books of those games for years and now I finally have CIB copies. :)
I was in a Goodwill on Saturday and found some DC games mixed in with the music CDs. They had $3 each written on them but the rarest I saw was Crazy Taxi. Though not gaming related, I did end up snagging this...
6755
It was marked $3 but they were having a sale on toys @ 50% off so I got it for $1.50. :) It didn't include any figures or accessories and I saw complete ones go for $30 at the flea market but I can't really complain at that price.

This showed up in the mail today. Everything I picked up for really cheap. Not sure how the Sonic 2 ended up in there since I didn't ask for it. The NES is from my best friend, another member, to use for a YouTube series on the NES.

Devil May Cry PS2 CiB - $3
http://i.imgur.com/QckeRaz.jpg
Math Munchers Deluxe PC - $2
http://i.imgur.com/BjkbsDU.jpg
Really glad to find the latter since I couldn't find the actual software ANYWHERE on the internet (number munchers is everywhere but not this one) and it's one of the few actually GOOD educational games from my childhood. Once I get it working on my PC, I'm going to give it to my cousin maria (her parents forbid her from playing any game that isn't educational, and all of her leapster games are so ridiculously easy, recycling the same problems and overly rewarding two seconds of effort that they're stripping her of any desire for challenge in gaming. I'm hoping that MMD can be the "gateway drug" to get her into actually-worthwhile games.)
There wasn't much else there that interesting. I met another collector and advised him on the values of a few PS2 gambling games he was considering buying.

Three magazines 29 cents each
Japanese For Dummies $1
God of War III(PS3) $3
God of War: Collection(PS3) $3
Xenosaga II(PS2) $4
The Dark Knight Rises dvd $5
An American Werewolf in London vhs $1
Millennium Mambo vhs $1
GBA SP $10
It's been a slow couple of weeks but I managed to pick a few things up. Magazines and cds have been pretty much the only thing I've been finding at the new Savers. I got Japanese For Dummies(which still has it's cd) at a thrift store and picked up The Dark Knight Rises at a flea market(I still hadn't seen it yet). All the other stuff was from Goodwill. The one where I picked up the GOW games has a new policy where all their video games are $3 unless marked. There was a pile of PS3 games behind the counter. When they let me look at them Madden and Turok were both marked at $10 and neither GOW title had a price so they were the default $3 price. And I still pick up cheap vhs movies in comparion to cheap rentals. Finally, another GBA SP found that didn't include it's adapter. But thats ok since I've been stocking up on extras over the past year.

These were from a couple of different Goodwills. The Force Unleashed games were $5.99 each, Wii New SMB was $14.99 and Vagrant Story was $5.99. Tragically, the game disc and manual are missing from VS, but I still figured it was worth picking up for the case and previews disc.

Judging by the B on the cartridges, I would say they are from the PAL B region. PAL A is for games from the United Kingdom and Italy while PAL B are the rest of the countries that make up Europe.

...and a really nice Gamer Chic...I really think she may be a member here.
I make a lot of contacts,Future business of my own when I help out at street fairs flea markets.
Cons:
Kids...Local to the fair Kids .kids tearing into everything..Parents who leave their kids at the fair to hang out and just get into everything..
Thieves: droves of kids who come by the 15 and pocket stuff.
WEEKEND PICK UPS:
I buy mainly to resell..I hardly keep anything anymore.

No System.contains the Styrofoam and paperwork..
This system was found in a crazy way..I’m at the flea market..Vendor has a SNES set up on the table $40.00..No DK Game(I have several)..I am in the next isle, trying to throw away a soda can.the garbage can is located behind he vendor with the SNES systems table/area..So I proceed to throw the can away and spot the box on the ground under the table..I ask is it for sale. The vendor looks at me strange as f they were to throw it out.
..Vendor says that people keep coming up to look a the system wanting to open and close the box over and over to see the system so he got tired of doing that and put the box under the table.

Yoshi's Island GBA: $3
Conker's Pocket Tales GBC: $3
TaleSpin GG: $3
Pacman World PS1 GH CiB: $3
Spyro The Dragon PS1 Black Label CiB: $3
Super Volleyball Genesis: $1.50
SNES, Genesis, NES and N64 were heavily picked through when I got there, but, as I expected, collectors completely ignored the handheld section. Super Volleyball was the only good game left there (I passed on a copy of batman forever, again, Super Volleyball was the only good game left)
I was suspicious as to why the Gameboy games were so cheap when I picked them up (usually stores jack up anything with the word "MARIO" on it, and this one did for a few other mario GBA games next to YI) and when I got home my suspicions were confirmed: the carts weren't booting. After a little Qtip love for yoshi's island, and about ten of the things for Conker, they worked just fine - save batteries even work! Definitely a good day for retro preservation.
I already had a loose copy of Pacman world but it hates my PS1 (plays fine on PS2) and $3 isn't a bad price to upgrade to CiB. Already have a CiB GH spyro but this one is Black Label. That being said, the previously owned Pacman World and Spyro games will be up for sale soon.

-Metroid Fusion (Compete and in Excellent condition) ~ $15
-Odin Sphere (Brand New and Sealed) ~ $12
Castlevania and Metroid were won from online auctions, and received earlier this week while Odin Sphere was surprisingly found in the bargain bins at my local Wal-mart alongside those PS2 Guitar Hero Aerosmith games and tons of random Wii games. Either way, it was worth the trip, and I came home happy :)

The Salvation Army nearest to me have been bundling their games lately, $6.99 for 6 PS2 games or $5.99 for 5 Xbox games and like so. In this case, I picked up a sealed copy of My Japanese Coach along with Let's Yoga! and Let's Pilates! for $3.99. Finding out that My Japanese Coach was a sought-after title was almost as good as finally being able to properly Pilate on the go. ;)

Over the previous weekend, I visited Renninger's Flea Market, and I ended up scoring a good haul.
I ended up getting the following
a GunCon/GunCon2 wannabe known as the Trident for PS1/PS2 (although it's heavily modeled after the official GunCon2, one of the main gimmicks is that it has a laser sight.) for 10 bucks
Terminator 2 for the NES for 4 bucks
a Revolution X manual for the SNES for free
Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution for PS2 for 10 bucks (which I mainly got due to the fact that VF4: Evolution had the Virtua Fighter 10th anniversary bonus game)
State of Emergency for the Xbox for 5 bucks
a Konami poster (from when they first started making games for the Genesis back in 1992) for a dollar
Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox for 5 bucks
OutRun2 for the Xbox for 7 bucks
2 Xbox controllers (the smaller versions) for 3 bucks each
and Terminator 2 for the Genesis which was 5 bucks (the funny thing was I thought that because it had the cover for the Platform version, I assumed it was that, but instead, it turned out to be T2 the Arcade Game which I already had a copy of, but the good thing is that I have a spare copy just in case the original copy stops working).

lol. Thing is that it's a company which owns several flea markets and antique centers throughout Florida. and there's another one which is the Super Flea and Farmer's Market in Melbourne, FL.

This month's been good for me so far:
Pokemon Black 2 for $33 in Credit (Used, Complete)
I'd been looking for a used copy of this for a while, but the prices were still too high for my liking. Fortunately, my local shop got a copy in. I had some unused credit there, and few other things I wanted to trade in as well. So I got this without having to pay anything out of pocket.
Tales of the Abyss: Asch the Bloody Manga Vol. 1 & 2 for MSRP (New)
I randomly stumbled across the first volume in my local Coles bookstore. I remembered that Bandai Entertainment closed up shop last year, so I snatched it up without a second thought. However, the second volume took a bit more work to track down. There was another store of the same bookstore chain that had a copy, but it was an hour away. I asked whether they did transfers between stores, and I was told they don't.
However, I was able to hitch a ride with my Dad who was going into that area anyway. Before you ask, the reason why I didn't buy the second volume online is because the two online stores I found that were still selling it at the MSRP have shipping fees which are almost the same price as book itself. And all the third party sellers on Amazon and Ebay are charging outrageous prices for it!
Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water Collection 2 for $29.99 (Used, Complete)
Despite the fact that it contains the infamous "island" episodes and the terrible movie, the final episodes of the TV series make up for it. Actually, I don't find the island episodes that bad. There were a few interesting scenes that explained about Nadia's past in the circus, and why she's a vegetarian.
Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind Perfect Collection Vol. 1 for $7.00 (Used, Complete)
It was originally priced at $15.00, but I had some credit at the used bookstore where I bought it. It covers the same events as the the theatrical film, but many of the details and characters are expanded upon.
Jazwares Blaze & Sonic Figure Comic Pack for $18.99 (New)
I've been waiting for the Blaze figure to come in stock for months. Unfortunately, Jazwares quality control has not improved since the last time I bought any Sonic figures. All of them (other than the pack I bought) had terrible paint jobs for Blaze.

Picked up something I've been wanting for a while: Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness for N64 - $5. Worth quite a bit more than that, and probably about as good as you'll get for an older gen 3D Castlevania title. Also picked up Army Men: Sarge's Heroes 1 and 2 on N64 for $5 apiece from the same craigslist ad.

Wow, I had no idea that Legacy of Darkness had climbed that much. $80 for complete copies? That's just madness (and I say that despite that I like the game; I'm not among the haters). I'm glad I already got every US-released Konami N64 game that interests me a long time ago, considering how much Goemon's Great Adventure has been going for lately too.

Didn't find anything at the flea market today but on my way back home I stopped at a Goodwill and unexpectedly found something - Klax for the TurboGrafx-16. I searched high and low for anything else Turbo related, but there was nothing there. Still, it cheers me up to find a Turbo game in the wild.

I came across this at the local flea market today in the mist of a hotwheels / lesney car buying frenzy. *$15.00 its boxed and worked when I got it home I think I do ok ( not a great mega score like if it was earthbound for SNES for 15.00 but i think i did ok.

Microsoft NT Workstation $4
American Beauty dvd $1
Wedding Crashers dvd $1
NHL Rivals Xbox Soundtrack cd $2
I picked up the dvds at a community yard sale. Although I have enough dvds I always find it hard to say no to $1 dvds. The PC software was from a thrift store and the Xbox soundtrack is from Goodwill. It's a hybrid between a music cd(where most of the bands suck) and a bonus dvd featuring various game trailers. Even though it's sports related it will go nicely with the rest of my Xbox collectibles.

This box of PC games and software was at the same community yard sale I got the $1 dvds from. It was one of those booths where they said you can have what you want for whatever you offer them. So after looking thru it I offered them $7 and they accepted. Some of the highlights:

One thing I haven't figured out is if you are suppose to sell Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 with Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 or sell them seperately. On ebay it seems half the people sell it one way while half sell them the other way and there doesn't seem to be any common consensus to which is the correct way.

Laptop Chill Mat $6.50
Box of New DS Styluses $1
WWE magazine 29 cents
50 Shades Freed book $1.50
Betty Paige dvd $3
Target CD Compilation $2
All this stuff was from Goodwill and Savers. If theres one thing Savers is good for it's their cheap magazines. I also got the dvd and cd there. The other stuff was from Goodwill. I was looking into getting a new Cool Mat since mine is about to break(a reoccurring theme with all cool/chill mats) so finding this one was perfect timing. I also could use the extra styluses even if currently I'm only missing one for a used DS I own.

Lollipop Chainsaw(360) $4
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D(3DS)
Mario Kart DS(DS)
New Super Mario Bros(DS)
Super Mario 64 DS(DS)
The DS and 3DS games were from a craigs list find. A dude had them listed along with a 3DS system and assortment of other games all individually priced. He wanted $20 for his 3DS games and $10 for his DS games so I offered him $40 for the above four, not thinking he would get back to me. But he did, making me think I may have been one of the first to make him an offer. Whats even better is that I've been looking for LOZ and Castlevania for my 3DS because currently I don't have anything to play for it. Well now I have LOZ but I still need to find a copy of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow-Mirror of Fate. Anyway, on my way to pick up the craigs list lot I stopped at Goodwill and found Lollipop Chainsaw in the game case. It wasn't marked but the guy marked it $4 because that was the price that opened 360 games had on them, while sealed ones were being sold for $5. All in all it's been a good couple days of finds for me.
