Earlier this week, we posted a photograph (http://www.joystiq.com/2013/06/11/seen-e3-a-pair-of-mclaren-p1s/) of two McLaren supercars. We mistakenly thought they were the McLaren P1, the car that Microsoft used to promote Forza Motorsport 5 (http://joystiq.com/game/forza-motorsport-5) during its E3 (http://joystiq.com/tag/e3-2013) press event. They were, in fact, McLaren MP4-12Cs. It was an egregious error, and for that we apologize.
Imagine our surprise, though, when we spoted a genuine McLaren P1 at Microsoft's E3 booth today. To make up for our mistake, we took lots of pictures and a nice video.
