Breakpack

I just recently bought a Pac-Man cocktail for a great price. It works great for it's age. There are a few things that I'd like to try to fix up and have a few q's.
Monitor: Old CRT that works good, but it takes time to 'warm up' the red color. Could that be a fuse problem or maybe something loose in the wiring? I don't want to tinker too much as I hear they can shock you unplugged. I noticed when I tap on the Player one side glass, the red blinks back in, sometimes it stays, sometimes it doesn't. Also, on the right of the playfield, it very slightly slants, I mean ever so slightly. I would call this a nitpick on my part, but would it be worth investing in a Degaussing tool? How easy is it to replace a fuse for the CRT. I DONT wanna get electrocuted, lol.
Lights: I opened it up and switched the bulbs and now the joysticks and 25 cent lights work. When I closed it back and played for a bit, it reset a few times and made funky sound effects and a couple ghosts became blocks. I opened it back up and kinda gently pressed the chips and moved some wiring. It has been working since, so does that sound I loosened something accidently? I know these boards are old.
Fan: DOA, well I assume, due to the age. I assume its worth investing in another? I dont think I wanna open it up again...yet.
Game: It's Hangly Man. The previous owner thought it was Pac-Man. I wanna get one of those 96 in 1 Pacboards. I'm pretty sure I can install it, but the Pac board in the machine has seen better days. The connectors that connect to the ribbon cables look pretty rough. And speaking of...
Ribbon connector power cables: Is there a place I can get replacements? They are old, but are the custom? Or are they pretty much standard cables?
Joysticks: Player two is excellent, but player one has wear. I can live with it because it still controls great.
Glass underlay: Its 2 PacMan plastic like marquees. I am gonna get a replacement. Is it worth getting the official licensed one at pacman.com ?
Glass itself: Scratched but not distracting, still good....I can live with it awhile. No hurry to get a new one.
Coinbox key: Walmart couldnt copy it. Think any other place could or are they specialty made keys?
Other than that I am LOVING it. Everyone I show it to at work thinks its the coolest.....even the young adults. I am planning on buying an official arcade operator's manual so I feel all important, lol. Thanks for any helpful info!
