Now that I've been made aware of the thread (I was away most of yesterday)... I'll be keeping an eye on matters. Anyone affected, file a ticket with Paypal and get your money back if it isn't refunded. As things have remained more civil than I expected, I won't be locking it yet as it may need more diatribe from those involved.

Why should it not be civil? I explained my case and my intentions clearly. For those people, I think three of them that filed a dispute and then jumped it to claim, there is nothing I can do about refunding you your money. Paypal says no access to funds at all until their investigation is complete. I recommend that people please wait a couple of days for me to refund your money. If you do not, then it's with you and paypal, I am out of the loop. investigation's take up to 7 days.

Anyone that has yet to receive a full refund at this point should absolutely file a dispute/claim with PayPal. Don't let the guy that scammed you give you advice on how to get your money back. The longer you let it drag on, the harder it will be to get your money back.

I bought chrono for $90 and then a day or so later demons crest for $75. I was refunded the $90 but it has yet to hit my account, not sure why? You can use USPS online or paypal to ship a package. It should give you a mailing date on paypal if you click transaction details. It has today for me.

You buy tracking and labels from paypal as many as you want on their website. They are not actually activated until they are dropped off. You will notice on your tracking that i paid for, it is blank and not activated. Nobody is going to be out any money. I will refund all the people as I said I would. I have already done some. Just be advised, if you escalate to a claim, it goes to investigation status and money is held. I have no link to issue a refund. It will be between you and paypal. I will be out of the loop. Call paypal, they will say the same thing, it's your time.

I received an Email from PayPal notifying me that the full amount I had paid lakerstowin for Ninja Gaiden Trilogy was being refunded. It mentioned that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the money to appear in my account, which is pretty normal for these sorts of things.
The refund notification was a complete surprise as I had heard nothing from lakerstowin about a refund and hadn't been following this thread at all after I made my purchase.
I did check my account to see if the money was there yet (it wasn't) and noticed that lakerstowin had already provided a tracking number to PayPal for my payment to him. Being provided a tracking number before anything is shipped is pretty normal too, so I'm not too worried about that.
I'm really sorry that this has worked out the way it has, but a least it appears that lakerstowin is trying to return my money.
When the funds have been deposited into my account, I will post that information here.

I hate pp with a passion, a passion that is so strong that I want to fuck them as much as I can. About 6 years ago, I was running a business on ebay and for no reason they limited my account. I was relying on that money for my living. Paypal has 36 million members. I was nearly bankrupt because of them. There are sites out there such as paypalsucks.com for no reason? They held my money for more than 180 days like they say it will only take that long. BULLSHIT, it took 260. Only way I can screw them as bad as I want to which means nothing to them, but makes me feel better is to do what I did here, rack up fee's and people's money, close my checking account and then refund the people's money. It is what it is. You can guys can take this info print it on a huge billboard online if you want. I am not worried at all. No info on me is correct, not even Mike's at game gaval with the number he called.

I've got a notice I have been refunded the money, what a strange journey it has been..

I have to inquire, I am not familiar with paypal inner working but how exactly did they lose any money? I'm my case I paid ~2$ in fees for this transaction, and from the refund I got my money back, but not the fees. So overall they made a profit of 2$ from this.

And mods please do not lock this thread, I want to see it comes to its terrible pitiful natural conclusion.

I did get a phone call and a addressed letter from your police dept asking me questions and such. No criminal offense can come my way as long and goods are returned. Okay, screw with my lies and trying to cover something up which is not coverable is a waste of yours and my time. You guys want to know the truth, here it is...

I hate pp with a passion, a passion that is so strong that I want to fuck them as much as I can. About 6 years ago, I was running a business on ebay and for no reason they limited my account. I was relying on that money for my living. Paypal has 36 million members. I was nearly bankrupt because of them. There are sites out there such as paypalsucks.com for no reason? They held my money for more than 180 days like they say it will only take that long. BULLSHIT, it took 260. Only way I can screw them as bad as I want to which means nothing to them, but makes me feel better is to do what I did here, rack up fee's and people's money, close my checking account and then refund the people's money. It is what it is. You can guys can take this info print it on a huge billboard online if you want. I am not worried at all. No info on me is correct, not even Mike's at game gaval with the number he called.

I would imagine that once the refunds are finalized, it's very likely he'll see the banhammer, considering he's admitted to taking advantage of the DP community for his own personal vendetta.
