I need to make money asap is why I am selling them anywhere from 20-30 percent lower then ebay. I figure since I have to pay those rapage fee's It won't hurt so much. The more you buy, the better the prices.

I paid $400 to him for a number of grossly-underpriced items. A full day after I sent payment he sent a member a bunch of pictures of items I had already paid for and told them they were still available. I told him that I wouldn't post in this thread as long as he refunded me. Of course that was just a ploy to get my own loot back.

Proceed with caution here.

Edit to add: He couldn't meet up in person to sell to the other member because he was "Going out of town."

He only lives about 45 minutes from me and I bought a game. So I will probably be the first to receive it. When I get it, I will post on here to clear up any issue with the stuff the guy is selling.

So depending on if he ships Monday or Tuesday, I will post here Tuesday night or Wednesday night, that should clear things up pretty easily.

The "sold unsold sold again" thing is needlessly confusing. Rather than do all that, just delete the items that are no longer available. If they become available again you can repost them.

I was interested in Snow Brothers, I'm pretty sure it's not available anymore, but it would be easier if it were simply marked sold, or not there at all.

The items that he's been "selling" are the same that the scammer on Game Gavel listed, and he used the exact same picture he's admitted to stealing at this point.

Sounds like a great way to earn trust and still skim a good chunk of cash.

Charge backs? Your a total idiot. All you have to do is put a claim in with paypal and they freeze anything you do with money until their investigation is done. They also can if they want reverse transfers. If I was a scammer, why would I care about charge backs. I could easily just ran with the money, closed my checking account and let pp keep me negative. people who scam do this and don't give refunds.
