Is it me or does the PC Engine auction look shady?

This guy has so many pictures but none of the supposed mods or the system working. And the wording is really weird. What you all think? Who really cares what the back of the controller or plug looks like? And who want's a American controller when the PC engine controller is superior. Everything about this auction just screams BEWARE. And it's the wrong picture to boot.

always weird to me that people cant take a few extra minutes and take pictures of the item exactly how you would get it.

They say the booster isn't included so ignore the picture....then don't picture it and show people what it is that you are actually selling. So stupid.
