Anyone other than me even heard of this game? I'm almost certain it never was a commercial release, but I was just reading through an old Tips and Tricks issue that mentioned in a blurb about the '98 JAMMA show that it was supposed to be Sega's answer to Parappa, and I can find nothing about it on the internet other than pictures of arcade boards.

It's listed as undumped in MAME. It's not on KLOV. Found this though http://www.system16.com/hardware.php?id=711&gid=2874#2874. There's a soundtrack floating around for it.
