PSP 1001 BATTERY and Charger Question.

I bought a used PSP 1001...It has no charger...

Untested..Nice Clean System,taken care of..

I popped the battery cover off and the battery is Sony 3.6V 1800 MAH


I want to buy a new battery and the charger together...What I find on ebay is pretty cheap for both but the Battery for this unit comes up as 3600mah for PSP 1001

Is that going to be ok,with it’s charger for my PSP 1001?

It will be fine, it will just take longer to charge. That number is just a rating for how much charge the battery can hold.

Though i would expect that any knock off brand batteries wont last any longer than an official one. The ratings on knock offs are almost always false.
