Go back to the old forums, check the "Archives: Best of" threads:

Pick a topic that interests you, and start it as a new thread in these new forums. Feel free to do this for as many as you like! Not only will this help preserve our archives, but we'll get a fresh opinion and outlook on great topics we haven't breached in awhile.

Nope, if it were that easy it would already be done. I kind of like this approach though - new thoughts on old topics. Also note that the EZboard forum will still be readable for a long long time so there's no HURRY to do this either.

There is a shorter, more commonly used word for 'Free posting.' It is called spam, and it sucks.

Just post in ANY topic from our "Classic Discussions" forum, and BAM! The classic topic is immediately restored to all who view these forums, even non-members.
Though the old EZboard may be long gone, the guts of those topics have re-spawned in the "Classic Discussions" forum, which continues to get new topics added regularly.
