Help fixing my 1981 Sega Turbo monitor

69946995Hey I just got a upright sega turbo and the monitor displays no picture, the model is a Sega nanao-mc-2000s. There is no neck glow and there is a red wire near the crt board, its on the assy Main Chassis-B it is above the v-position, v-size, etc dials. Please help, thanks.
