No, it is not. It is the Telegames Personal Arcade.
Telegames apparently bought all of Bit Corps stock at one time and repackaged them as the item you see here.
This is not the rare DINA 2 in 1.

Is there a difference between Dina system and Telegames system besides packaging and stickers on they system?

I'd heard (rumor alert!) that the Telegames units may have been discarded Dina units where the SG-1000 slot didn't work for some reason. A alternate version says that they purposely cut the traces since no one here has SG-1000 carts anyway (hrumph!)... Is either true? Dunno.
