Am I the only one who thought this looked a lot like those old commercials for NES games? I know the game is probably going to be cool, but if I knew nothing about Final Fantasy, I would have thought it was a really bad budget title. ROFL

Wow, the animation looks worse than the Ouya commercial. First time Ive seen this, and man that is just horrendous. Cant believe they wasted money on it. Maybe they should have used the money to buy more servers. :P

It barely looks animated at all. Isn't that really bad makeup on a live actor?
I remember the FFXI commercials from many years ago. Those looked pretty cool. Of course, they were pre-rendered stills that bear no resemblance to the actual gameplay, but as a marketing tool, they were a heck of a lot better than this.
Why brown? Why does it always have to be brown?

If their mission was to kill any interest I had in the title, then they sure as hell did accomplish that mission, not that I'm interested in modern FF titles to begin with, however. LOL
