Sorry for the small photo but is this legit sega packaging? I've only ever seen them with the UPC on the front and not with that big box on the side. the shape and everything is the same as the others I've seen

Yes. I remember when I was a kid seeing these in stores, and turning my young fanboy nose up at them over the nicely boxed NES controllers.
