Donkey Kong White Cartridge for ColecoVision?

Since we know that the Intellivision version of the Donkey Kong cart published by Coleco came in both the commonly-seen black casing as well as the rarer white casing, I cannot help but wonder if certain copies of the mightily popular ColecoVision version of DK (the game cart that came with the console) also assumed the white casing like the Atari 2600 version? It would be quite rare if the CV white case version of DK existed.

I'm not talking about eBay auctions that mistake the Atari 2600 DK cart for the ColecoVision one, just so you know.

Apparently, the white shell versions of the Coleco INTV releases (this along with Venture, Mouse Trap and Carnival) were re-releases with a patch to ensure compatibility with the Intellivision II.
