What has got me skeptical is that when I bought it the condition only said USED - Like New.

Yeah King Zoa, sorry but this is what I was asking, if the game was still factory sealed. I am actually pretty sure it is I looked at an Atlus DS (which was Devil Survivor 2) game I had that I knew was legit factory sealed and it had the same exact seal.
