Hey guys, I was wondering where I could get a new Gameboy Micro Face plate. I really love my Micro but due to a drop, its face plate took a hit. The system itself still works fine but the screen is so jacked up it messes with my vision. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a Micro face plate from? I have searched eBay and Amazon for them but have only found skins to put on face plates. I really like Rose Colored Gaming's custom ones too but unfortunately they are out of stock for an indefinite amount of time. If anyone could give me a URL or somewhere that I could acquire one I would much appreciate it!

Thanks!

You should bug him (http://www.rosecoloredgaming.com/contact-us.html) about it. :p

Ooooh nice. I have a couple of plates but both show age, one much more than the other so it's not in use. Any idea what he'll charge for them? I'm hoping nothing near an original one though as I'd just go that way but the choices do look very nice.

They were $30 each. We're looking into new methods of producing them right now, hence the lack of inventory :(

Ahhh wow ouch $30. That does explain why they're gone if you're looking to do a new process, hopefully it can bring the costs down for you.

They're done in small batches (roughly 100), so the price likely won't change too much, no matter the process. They're boutique items, like all of our stuff, and require a fair amount of human touch in order to make.

No doubt, as the small touches to the game centric art took some work.

I am waiting for the Zelda faceplates to come back and then I
will get one for sure, $ 30 or not.
