A/V modded my TG16 today. Drilled the holes in the wrong place the first time which kinda sucked but other wise. Works perfect and is easy to do. No more RF for me.

Well Done. I wish I knew the know how or had a Turbo Booster, I can't stand RF. NES is acceptable since I grew up with that.

I don't even have very good solding skills but this was just too simple. NEC makes it easy to do. I just go the pin out from here: http://www.gamesx.com/misctech/pcebp.php
Probably the worst part is un-solding the RF shielding. I bought the part from radio shack, cannibalized some PC power cabling from a Y splitter.
definitely better than RF and now I can at least record footage as I attempt to speed run Neutopia.

Great job. Looks good. Pics of screen resolution? I am thinking about this one myself. Want to get another console just incase. I need a stock one.
