View Full Version : StarCon 5200 Controller - the rumor is REALITY!

It seems that I have stumbled upon the original designer of this rumored 5200 controller, and he has indicated that he does have a very limited supply of these to part with. The DP guide has this listed as a rarity 10, and it is quite a find indeed!

I already have one on it's way to me, but I do not have it yet. The unit is as pictured, but does not include a base or a circuit board for control. However, he has provided the schematic for the circuit should anyone want to build it.

Cool! Will you be able to make the schematic available online? Or, considering the possibility you may have paid mucho dinero for this, would you be willing to if it is allowed?

Hi,

Not sure what rumor you're talking about. The CGE museum has had one of these on display for the past 3 years. I contacted the owner a couple of years ago and was going to buy his stock but he indicated he didn't have enough parts to make any complete units. Has he found more stuff since then or will it still require work on your part to build it?
