Hi! There are some really nice games for the vita I want to own, like atelier series or earth defense force. Some of them hit the shelfs as japanese retail version, but never left the psn store in north america or europe. A fucking problem I already had with final fantasy 3 for the PSP. I DON'T SPEND 30$ ON A DOWNLOAD GAME! NEVER! And i won't spend it in the future. For god sake, the japanese retail version of FFIII has english language support.

I'm searching for infomations about japanese vita titles with english language (subtitles are enough!), because I want to buy games!

Play-Asia's website usually indicates the language options of a given title, so you know whether a game published for the Japanese or the Asian market includes other languages. For example, that's how we found out that both the Japan and Asia editions of Okami for PS3 (which over there is a disc release, not a download-only release) include English subtitles.

Also, rule of thumb: if you tend towards RPGs, you are likely to find versions in Japanese only, but you never know...

Maybe I'm blind... But I can't find any indicator for an english option :(

Sorry, I stand corrected. For some reason, I was sure that the Japanese release had English subtitles. However, the Asian edition (which I own) does have English subtitles. It seems to be no longer available at Play-Asia, but if you find it at another online retailer, be assured that you can play it and understand what's going on in the game.

I know that quite a few Asia version Vita titles offer English text, but are otherwise identical to the Japanese version. Plus prices are usually cheaper. Maybe you should have a look at these? Ragnarok Odyssey is one example.
