you: its a known fact that the game is broken, please dont pretend you dont know about it. Single player save corrupts, conquest not working, disconnection in multiplayer every game
you: stores wont refund an open game, so im stuck with it and want a refund
you: battlelog freezing, game modes not accessible saying im missing dlc, system crash
Vinya: I can understand your disappointment with the game however our specialist team is aware of the issue ans is working to resolve it as quickly as possible. I request you to kindly wait for some time. i really appreciate your time.

Vinya: I would like to inform you that we can not refund you for this.We do not have any option to refund the game. Had it been possible i would have certainly done it for you. The best i can do with it is to provide you trouble shooting step.
you: all right then, I will contact my local laws about customer rights and file a complaint, this is uncacceptable. You cannot sell a product that is not working as advertised, its against the law. I will avoid all EA products from now on, and will post this conversation on all gaming sites to remind everyone why you were voted the worst company in america. thank you very much for the help...

Vinya: Okay like i said had it been possible i would have certainly done it for you. You are free to do anything, we have certain policies which we have to abide. As far as legal complaints are concerned, if you have any legal issue with yopu can contact to EA legal team.

Atleast EA is working to fix the issues with the game. It just came out, there will be a patch. Here's something that happened to me just recently. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 on the Vita is unplayable because of framerate issues that get worse the further in the game you get. No joke. 10fps or less on the entirety of chapter nine which I then just quit playing. There hasn't been one patch from Tecmo Koei for the game since release. Sent an email for a refund the same day I started to play it that I as an open game the store I purchased it from wouldn't refund it and that I'll send the receipt and game to them. They didn't even email me. I haven't yet, but only thing I can do to recoup some of my money is selling it on Ebay and just support the company less. Not like I support Tecmo Koei unless it's a game I'm absolutely interested in anyways.

I have never bought a game as broken as this one. I have to start over the campaign every time, the save automatically corrupts, multiplayer I cant finish a single match without getting disconnected, battlelog freezes when i click the touch pad i cant do anything i have to press home button and quit, conquest is not working and cant access it and other modes, and the game crashes often. I know there will be a patch, but the game shouldnt release in this state, I would have bought it later they just wanted to rush it and they knew it wasnt ready at all. EA really is the worst company in america, at least activision releases a finished product every year.

It's a good reason to not buy games right away, instead wait for them to be released and wait a few days for reviews to be posted online. Then buy the game or avoid it. Or just pirate it to try it out. Whatever way keeps you from getting screwed over. It's not the 90's where you buy it based on the box art and hope for the best.

I still wouldn't blame this Vinya or any customer service person. Do you really think they have any control over anything meaningful at the company? They're basically at the bottom, paid to read a script, be polite, acting professional. As if any of these people can decide to give people refunds. No problem in asking, but no reason to not be polite about it. Blame the company, not her. Of course I've had terrible customer service before, but in what's posted it doesn't seem like she did anything wrong.

I feel like i got robbed, I bought the ps4 with this game to play it, and CANT play it. THe first 24 hours of psn was not working properly, this i can understand for the systems launch, no problem. When you release a game, its supposed to work, this cost 540 and I cant play? i did get cod upgrade for 10$ since i had the ps3 version and it works flawlessly since day one. I didnt mean to be a dick with Vinya, but they do represent the company and if somethings not right, well they are the ones to tell their superiors how much of a problem this is. They should have released it when the game would work, please read the review I posted, I have never bought a game with so much bugs, flaws, and rushed. This is almost on the same level as the original Cheetahmen on nes.

Yeah, losing my SP save several times has really pissed me off. Aside from not being able to play conquest I haven't had any issues with multiplayer. Just pretty upset I can't play single player without restarting every time. What really annoys me is that I get trophies for doing things, but I have to make sure I redo some of them to make sure I obtain an additional trophy later that relates to it. I laughed when EA posted on the 16th that the issues with their games was due to Sony's firmware.

Every multiplayer oriented EA release is broken at launch. Has been for 5 years or more. As a rule, you need to give them time for demand to die down (Or for customers to outright leave), EA to allocate more servers since they never provide enough, and give the development team time to get the game out of beta stage over the next few months since they never ship a game like this in its finished form.

You should know by this point that you're paying for the privilege to be a tester for this product and that it won't be running smoothly for at least several more weeks. That's the EA way...

That reminds me of how much customer service jobs suck. I had the misfortune of working as a customer service rep for two years and the one thing that you quickly learn is that most customers assume that "YOU made this game" and "why did YOU give the ok for this feature, etc" whenever they have a problem. As though the rep on the line had a physical hand in making the game and helped program it [or in a retail store, setting the prices for merchandise]. In reality, customer service reps are just a mouthpiece who often end up getting paid next to nothing, and yet have to deal with a often-times, bitch/asshole public...Nothing against the OP as you were courteous, it just brought back some bad memories of customers who were not that way and acted as though I was mr.Company who made a million bucks a yr...As far as EA goes, the least they can do is have their PR person make a statement on when the game will be fixed on PS4. Barring that, Cust service reps cant help at all, their hands are tied.

And that right there says it all and that should be patently illegal to do. The entire game as such is being sold as felony fraud because the package claims one thing, and being an unpaid guinea pig tester is another.
