And yet, it's a mystery to the seller what the game is. Somewhat humorous, as I had contacted the seller about an earlier Intellivision "mystery cart" auction described as "personally tested" ... hmmm ...

Anyway, the seller informed me that it was a listing error, but had no plans on revising the existing Intellivision listings (as none were actually tested, though it says so right in the listings themselves). When asked whether this would be an issue should a bidder win a "tested" cart that was actually untested, and possibly busto ... well, the seller policy is just to refund the sale.

I have to ask: Doesn't this seem like borderline incompetence? Isn't the seller simply setting himself up for an awkward and potentially anger-filled bidder response by being so blase about what the listing says and what he actually means?

Well?

See what rip off scum, then he lies to people who contact him, and still does not fix the issue GOD EBAY is going down the tubs and fast it seems sadly.

How to fix eBay, in one easy step: DON'T BUY LOUSY CRAP FROM OBVIOUS MORONS. That's all it really takes.

But I'm curious -- the guy is apparently just brilliant enough to create some really snazzy HTML code, though he can't be bothered to take separate pictures of the stuff he's hawking? Or even to, say, play it and FIND OUT WHAT IT EVEN IS?!

Just remember, he's a "Power Seller". :hmm:
