quick question about wii fit balence board

I was just wondering if any one knew if the hardware in the balance board changed from the original or either the wii fit plus or wii fit u boards.

the wife wanted to get in shape and I was thinking of picking up a used balance board for cheap and then get the wii fit u meter late on

Balance Board in the new bundle is identical to the old one.

ok so I can save a few bucks getting a used one incase it, like many other pieces od exercise equipment, never get used

You might want to save your money. Wii fit doesn't really give many exercises that gets your heart rate high enough at a constant pace. DDR or heavy movement dance games would probably be better.
