VGA Video Out Options in 2014?

My Intellivision could use a way to get VGA video-out. My current RCA out is just not that good.

What are my real options in 2014? I want to hook it up to the only empty port on my LCD screen.

You can get RGB output on a PAL Intellivision, but not VGA unless you got a board to give H-sync and V-sync from C-sync.
