Dragon Age Ultimate Xbox 360 Spanish Packaging

I found a copy of Dragon Age Ultimate for Xbox 360 at a store here in town for only $10. The packaging/instruction booklet/Blood Dragon Armor is in Spanish, so I briefly looked into it but couldn't find anything about a solely Spanish version of the game. Does anyone know about this? Is the actual game in English at all (for example choose a language from the main menu)?

I own a Spanish packaging version of Viva Piñata for PC - it's actually the same game as the US edition, it just has Spanish packaging, manual, and printed text on the discs.

The game itself should have a language option and it will always default to English.

I've also got a new Spanish lagnuage Project Slypheed I got for about $8 years ago. I was guessing it was from Mexico or something.
