Owners of Capcom Puzzle World (PSP): Very buggy and crashes a lot???

I am trying to determine if somehow my nice looking copy of Capcom Puzzle World is defective, or just coded poorly. On both a 2000 and 3000 model with updated firmware, I can make the came crash the PSP by going into the Illustrations section. While playing Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, the game will randomly freeze and lockup. My PSP is all factory and I am playing on a UMD.

Never had that happen with my copy of the game and I have all three revisions of the PSP these days. Works fine on them all. Just saying. Perhaps you have a "Resurfaced" PSP game that has been sanded down too far?

Yep, I had the same problem when I bought it years ago. Pretty sure I was using a 2000 model, and was still on stock firmware. Ended up having to return it sadly, Puzzle Fighter was the main reason I had bought it!
