I ship using USPS Priority Mail and a sturdy box, packaged well. In my years of shipping games thru the mail this is the only way to go. Shipping box is included, increased delivery speed, improved reliability, tracking and $50 insurance are the main reasons I use this service almost exclusively. It can be expensive if you are buying 1 item at 99 cents.
I do combine shipping in the USA. Shipping costs increase on average by about $1 per extra game.
Outside the US I will only use ebay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) and in those cases I can't combine shipping.
