PSN Dracula X Chronicles

Okay so on the psn store the game 'dracula x chronicles' is listed as a psp game. I was just wondering if i needed a psp to play it or whether it runs on ps3 aswell?

Very likely you need a PSP to play the game if it's natively PSP (maybe PS Vita, don't have one but I thought they said it was backwards compatible with PSN games?).
If I remember it right, you can use PS3 to buy games playable on PSP, but you can't do the reverse.

I'm more confused with why some PS1 Classics are PS3-only (or some are PS4-excluded). Seems to be mostly obscure Japanese Imports. Odd licensing?

You will need a PSP or Vita to play the Castlevania game.

Only PSP Minis can be played on the PS3.

It's also playable on the Vita TV if you import one.
