Trying to find ways to records game footage from various system

Hello there , I would like to know if it is possible to film gaming footage for the following system without using a camera and film in front on it

Sega Game Gear
-Possible solution: Emulation

Nokia N-Gage

Windows PC (For older Windows 95 and 98 games that do not work with fraps and cant be run on virtual machine at all)

Macintosh (older macintosh game that can't be played on emulator)

GCE Vectrex
-Possible Solution: Emulation

Virtual Boy
-Possible Solution: Emulation

Nintendo DS

Nintendo 3DS

Neo Geo Pocket Color
-Possible Solution: Emulation

I know some of those systems can be modded for tv out and then run through a capture card. I have my old tvs hooked up to my computer with a vga to composite adapter, which you could run into a capture card for old pc games...if you have 2 pcs. I think thats the route i'd go unless you can find better way.
