I think I remember reading somewhere that The New Yorker magazine would only use the word odyssey if it referred to a journey that began and ended in the same location. I may be wrong about this, mind, just as I may be wrong in linking that anecdote to this video which - I think - has a story about Oli Welsh and Johnny Rotten near the beginning and again at the end.
More importantly, this is Ellie Gibson and Alasdair Beckett-King replaying Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, the lovely side-scroller from 1997. 1997! That bit I bothered looking up. Priorities.
