A few sites like Wikipedia claim it was released for the GameCube in North America, but that's inconsistent and I can't find anything concrete that would support a GameCube version in any region.

Would love to get it, if true. I liked this Ubisoft series and was unaware there was a forth entry until now (Seems to have definitely had a PC release and a PAL PS2 release).
Edit: Thought I figured it out when I saw a game titled 'Speed Challenge - Jacques Villeneuve's Racing Vision'. But it appears to be a different game rather than an alternate name and looks more like an arcade racer.
Seems to be some question if this PS2/GCN/PC game saw a release over here as well. Some sites claim it saw distribution in Canada (And there's an ESRB rating for it), but I can't find it for sale anywhere or even a NTSC cover shot.
