Value -- Donkey Kong Jr Math Manual, very very nice condition

I came across the game and the manual today. I know the game seems to roll around the $40 mark, the manual alone, that one is not clear. There are 2 manuals I can find up there, an open one with the game (minus the $40) for $85 and then another up for $85 and they're not getting bites as is another $90 manual too. Clearly it's not worth $80-90+, yet from what I do know going back a year it's worth at least $40-50. Where does this thing more or less sit? Or, what would you consider being low enough you could have done nicer?

Yes i know I could sell them as a pair, but if you hadn't noticed I'm getting rid of stuff of value right now as I want a nice gaming laptop that'll set me back a good $1200 or more so things got to go so trades are off the table almost surely. I wouldn't say no to a nice rescue rangers 2 NES cart but little else.

The manual itselfis very crisp, it didn't want to stay open to do that last image. It has not been handled much at all.

realisticly I would probably range it from $85 to $125 for the pair (pair meaning cart w/ manual), that'd be what it would be worth in my mind. not necessarily an ebay price but what I think it would be worth if I were hell bent on finishing a collection.
the fiddly stuff as we all know is the hard stuff to find and that drives the value and I feel like most of the value is the manual for this one, not because theres 2 for just the manual on ebay but because theres a sheer lack of any for sale that are complete or with box or with manual.

Well I don't intend to help drive the value of the manual, higher at least. I see the $80-85s there not rolling until someone has to have it, but I'd go in under that a bit so it's likely to move pretty quick, like $20 off that roughly. You seem to kind of be writing what I was thinking last night, it's a fiddly thing, there's the need of it to a collector, and a really rough range on it.

I'll just put it up in my sales threads around later on I guess and see what shakes out.
