well i won't get into that, but it is anti-ebay.
I would never buy one of these, but then last week my mame box Hd died, and crap i don't have anything but dialup where i live. I would kinda buy something like this, for the sake of replacing something i shouldn't have had in the first place.

The following is what the law allows, and is not necessarily my opinion.
MAME is open-source freeware, so I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sell that for personal profit.
As for the ROMs, those are the property of their respective copyright holders and, in most (if not all) cases, are not to be duplicated without legal consent. So I know that's illegal.
Not a lot going in this guy's favor, if you ask me...
