you mention that this game is on a CD, so I suspect you're talking about a "modern" system (which is beyond the scope of this board).
That being said, I'm only going to get into how to publish a file for download on a website here.
Using MS Frontpage:
1. Open the "web."
2. In the Folder list, right-click and select 'New Folder'
2b. name it whatever you want.
3. Upload the file to the web by dragging the Icon from your local hard drive to the new folder we created in the previous step. (this could take a while depending on the size of the file).
4. Open the webpage (or create a new page) where you want the link to appear.
5. Select the text (or picture) that you want the user to click on when downloading the file
6. from the menu bar, Select 'Insert' --> 'Hyperlink'.
7. in the dialog box that opens, use the file browser to select the file that was uploaded in step 3. Click 'OK'.
Don't forget to save your work.

That's a lot more complicated than it needs to be.
Alright, I was going to help, but I put it off. Now you're asking the rest of the board, so I'll just post here.
Rip the file using Nero, as someone suggested on the prototype board. Make a zip file out of it. Then send it to Mike, and have him upload the zip file to his website somewhere. He SHOULD know how to do that. If not...I don't know how the hell he made his website in the first place. But you can email me at that point if you're confused.
