AGDQ ran last week with a goal of raising $1m for the Prevent Cancer Foundation. At the time of publication, $1,528,860 had been raised from 38,806 donations as well as sales of merchandise and a themed Humble Bundle (http://humblebundle.com/) of games.
Highlights of the event include The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time speedrunner Runnerguy (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2YoBOLdMCMW15DC5RblRww) completing all of the game's Child Dungeons blindfolded. Check it out in the video below. It's pretty impressive.
